Miller Plumbing Systems, Inc. collects only the information you provide through our contact form — name, phone, email, service address ZIP, and details about the work you need done. We use that information to dispatch the right tech to the right job. That's the only reason.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Text messaging (SMS)

Miller Plumbing Systems, Inc. will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply", "Message frequency may vary", and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent." They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

When you submit the form, the request is delivered to our dispatcher by email. We retain these records for ordinary business purposes (scheduling, follow-up, warranty, tax). We also log the IP address and browser of each submission to help us detect abuse of the form.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real customers from bots. Turnstile is privacy-preserving — it does not track users across sites and does not place tracking cookies. If you'd like to read Cloudflare's own privacy statement, it's at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
