Miller Plumbing Systems, Inc. collects only the information you provide through our contact form — name, phone, email, service address ZIP, and details about the work you need done. We use that information to dispatch the right tech to the right job. That's the only reason.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Text messaging (SMS)

Miller Plumbing Systems, Inc. collects SMS opt-in two ways. Online, a customer can opt in by checking the consent box on our contact form; the box is optional and is never required to submit a request. Verbally, a customer can opt in either in person at our physical location or over the phone when they call. When a customer is registered for the first time they are asked for their phone number, and staff are trained to ask whether they would like to opt in to SMS-based marketing and informational messages — including promotions, sales, coupons, and seasonal deals, as well as billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications, and job-completion surveys. In both cases the customer is informed that "Message and data rates may apply" and "Message frequency may vary," and that they can text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time, after which no further messages will be sent. Your phone number and your SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, and they are not sold, rented, or traded.

When you submit the form, the request is delivered to our dispatcher by email. We retain these records for ordinary business purposes (scheduling, follow-up, warranty, tax). We also log the IP address and browser of each submission to help us detect abuse of the form.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real customers from bots. Turnstile is privacy-preserving — it does not track users across sites and does not place tracking cookies. If you'd like to read Cloudflare's own privacy statement, it's at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
